Meet Adam Alaman, a gentleman who brings excellence to all he touches. His ready smile, energy, professionalism, and attention to detail are among the many qualities that he brings to his customers.

Adam, a California native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University which was the launch pad for his success in business. His understanding of his client’s needs is deeply rooted in his lifelong passion for helping others. As an additional benefit to his real estate clients, Adam also passed the NMLS exam to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator specializing in VA loans and has a background in digital marketing for other Realtors. This ability in concert with the global internet saturation of Coldwell Banker West is a huge boon for his clients.

In their limited spare time, Adam and his wife, Micaela, enjoy the many treasures of their beloved San Diego by exploring local hiking trails, seeking out new restaurants and taking their dog, Cardi, to the beach. Adam’s knowledge of our County’s many unique and special neighborhoods is another bonus Adam brings to his clientele. As a former amateur kickboxer, Adam is known for his discipline and boundless energy!
