Regina “Reggie” Manzon

Regina also known as “Reggie”, co-founded Team Manzon in 2013. Day-to-day, Reggie doesn’t get to interact with our clients, as she is mainly working on Back-end Systems (such as Marketing, Bookkeeping, Organizational Development and Taxes). As a client, you will most likely meet Reggie during our Client Events!

Here are a few fun facts about Reggie:

• She is born & raised in Los Angeles County, CA- The San Fernando Valley.
• She graduated high school at age 15, then enrolled herself in Community College and got her first full time job in Banking.
• At 17 years old, she transferred to UCSB where she met her (now) husband Anthony. They both received their Bachelors Degrees and then moved to San Diego, CA.
• She & Anthony founded Team Manzon in 2013. Anthony took care of all things “Sales” while Reggie took care of all things “Operations”. Within their first year they were top agents in their office & received the Rookie of the Year Award.
• In 2017, they welcomed their first son: Cejay. That was also right around the time they closed their 100th real estate transaction.
• In 2018, they welcomed their second child, first daughter: Maya.
• In 2023, they welcomed their third child: Kaleiya.
• Other than being with her family, Reggie’s favorite things are building businesses, leadership, personal development, traveling, wellness, home renovations and investing in real estate!
• The top 3 values that she intentionally embodies are: Love, Authenticity & Growth.
